Welcome to GhostCfg. By accessing our website, purchasing our plans, or downloading our custom configuration files, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Products and Delivery

GhostCfg provides digital goods, specifically tailored game configuration files (.cfg) and optimization parameters. Your package is generated in your browser from the hardware and game details you supply, and is delivered as a direct .ZIP download immediately after payment is confirmed. We do not post physical media and there is no dispatch stage.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and electronic software delivery, all purchases made on GhostCfg are strictly non-refundable. Once a configuration file or optimization package has been generated, accessed, or downloaded, we cannot issue refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please review your hardware details and selected games carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Immediate Delivery and Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

Your configuration package is compiled and made available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed. There is no waiting period and no dispatch stage.

Because of this, before you pay you are asked to tick a box confirming two things:

• that you expressly request and consent to us beginning delivery of the digital content immediately, before any statutory withdrawal period has expired; and
• that you acknowledge you thereby lose any right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

Payment cannot be started until that box is ticked. Ticking it is what makes the non-refundable policy in Section 2 apply to your order. If you are not willing to waive that right, do not tick the box and do not complete the purchase.

This reflects the exception for digital content supplied with the consumer's prior express consent found in consumer legislation in the EU, the United Kingdom and comparable jurisdictions. Where the law of your country grants you a right that cannot be waived by agreement, that law prevails over this section.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights in respect of digital content that is faulty, materially not as described, or never delivered. If your package fails to generate or you never received it, contact contact@ghostcfg.com with your order reference and we will deliver it or resolve the matter.

4. Safe Usage and Compliance

Our configuration files rely solely on standard engine console commands and launch options. We do not modify game memory or bypass system-level anti-cheat programs. However, users acknowledge that game developers may update their security policies at any time, and GhostCfg is not responsible for any unexpected third-party software conflicts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, design frameworks, and branding elements associated with GhostCfg are the exclusive property of GhostCfg and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized redistribution or resale of our config files is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

GhostCfg shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our optimization files or services.

7. Keeping Your Package

What one payment buys. Each payment buys one archive, for the set of games you enter at the time of purchase. You may rebuild that same archive as often as you need at no further cost, so long as you enter the same game titles — for example after a hardware upgrade, or if you lose the .ZIP file. An archive for a different set of games is a separate purchase. A larger plan increases how many games fit inside a single archive; it does not grant unlimited archives.

Where your archive lives. Your archive is built inside your own browser and is not stored on our servers, so save the .ZIP as soon as it is offered to you. The record of your purchase is also kept in your browser's local storage, and clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching device or browser can remove it.

The email we send you. After payment we email you a link that unlocks your purchase again, on any browser or device. That email is how you recover access if the local record is lost, so please keep it. The archive itself is not attached, because it is built on your own machine and never reaches our servers. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order reference rather than paying again.
